Terms of Service

Last updated: April 4, 2026

The service

The Worry Bot is a novelty entertainment service. You pay for a robot to simulate worrying on your behalf. The robots are fictional characters rendered as animated graphics. They do not think, feel, or actually worry about anything.

Not a medical service

The Worry Bot is not a mental health product, therapy service, or medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you are experiencing serious anxiety or mental health difficulties, please speak to a qualified professional. Use of this service does not substitute for professional care.

What you are paying for

When you purchase a robot you are paying a one-time fee for one month of access to a robot page personalised with your name, worry, and chosen robot configuration. At the end of the month the robot's service period ends. There is no automatic renewal.

Your content

By submitting a worry and robot name you confirm that:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without refund.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or any other technical failure. Standard warranty coverage applies to all units manufactured after 1 March 2026. Any unit manufactured prior to this date falls outside standard warranty and support provisions.
