Use the self-serve refund form. Enter the email you used at checkout and we will send you a one-click confirmation link. The refund is issued immediately — no waiting, no emails back and forth.
Alternatively, email info@theworrybot.com and we will handle it manually within 5 business days.
Refunds requested after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be issued. The robot will continue running until the end of its service period.
If your robot was not created due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of timing. Contact us and we will sort it out.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This policy meets that requirement. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
